The Arena has been my retreat for a number of years. I throughly enjoy the pool area. It’s so revitalising after a days work. The pool/ jacuzzi/ sauna are always up to high standard for a refreshing chill-out / or part of a workout routine. The new layout in the gym both upstairs and in the lower studio is superb. Enough said about the equipment. What makes the Arena stand out among other gyms is the staff. They are always welcoming have a hive of knowledge and professional in their personal and group workout routines given to members. I always feel comfortable in the gym. Never a dull visit. Looking forward to spending many more years at the Arena. Well done guys. Great team. Congratulations on all the awards well deserved !
